Q. Do
I need any special software to take this course?
A. You do not need any special software
to use our course. All you need is
a web browser and a connection to the internet. We support Internet
Explorer 4.0 and higher, Netscape Navigator 6.0, AOL 4.0 and higher,
and
most other browsers. There is no software to download and nothing saved
to
your hard drive.

if I fail the quizzes or final exam?
A. You have the opportunity to retake
the quizzes and final exam as often
as necessary to obtain a passing grade for successful completion of this
course.

A. Depends on which JVI course you
have signed up to take. The HUD REO
Appraisal course and the JVI Appraising REO Properties course both consist
of 75 questions.

long will it take me to complete this course?

there a time limit to complete this course?
A. You must complete the course
within 180 days of registration. Any
student who has not successfully completed the course within 180 days
will
be terminated without notice and will not be eligible for a refund.

Q. What
is the course completion policy?
A. You must complete all phases
of the curriculum in order to receive a
certificate of completion. The school is prohibited from issuing a
certificate of completion if the student has not met all the requirements
for course completion and a student shall not accept a certificate under
such circumstances.

Q. What
is the course cancellation/refund policy?
A. A full refund will be made to
any student who cancels the enrollment
contract within 30 days of registering for the course and prior to
attempting the final examination. The COURSE PROVIDER will terminate,
without notice, the enrollment of any student who has not successfully
completed the course within 180 days. All registration fees paid are
due
and refundable when the course of instruction is discontinued by the
school, preventing a student from completing the course, or the enrollment
of the student was procured as a result of any misrepresentation in
advertising, promotional materials of the school, or representation made
by the owner or employee of the school. All refunds will be issued within
30 days following receipt of a permissible request for cancellation.

Q. What
is the testing and grading policy?
A. Each chapter contains a quiz
that review important content from that
chapter. The number of quiz questions varies depending on chapter content.
The quizzes do not affect your final exam score but will provide you
with
and excellent opportunity to master the course material. You also must
take and pass a final exam upon completion of the course.

Q. What
is the operation and conduct policy?
A. No credit or completion will
be given if the course is completed by
anyone other than you or if you are assisted by an outside party. When
you
enroll in the course you are stating under penalty of perjury that you,
and
not another person, studied the material in its entirety and completed
that
chapter quizzes and the final exam. By registering for the course, you
understand that is may be a felony to make false statements or to falsify
documents submitted by the court.

Q. Do
I need to save my work?
A. Your registration and payment
information are automatically saved. You
must finish each chapter quiz completely in order to receive credit for
that chapter. Simply log in using your username and password and we
automatically keep track of the course work completed, so the next time
you log in, you can pick up where you left off.

A. Yes. An encrypted SSL connection
requires all information sent between
a client and a server to be encrypted by the sending software and
decrypted by the receiving software, thus providing a high degree of
confidentiality. Confidentiality is important for both parties to any
