Appraiser Roster
JVI maintains a Roster of appraisers who have
satisfied the JVI requirements:

Be a state-licensed or state-certified
appraiser in accordance with the minimum licensing/certification
criteria issued by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of
the Appraisal Foundation.

Pass the JVI “Appraising
REO properties” and/or “HUD
REO” Appraisal Course. |
Procedure to obtain placement on
the JVI Appraiser Roster – New Applicants
Appraisers not currently on the JVI Appraiser Roster:
Upon completing the selected course, provide your certificate of completion
to our appraiser recruiter, Bernie Bivens at bbivens@jvireo.com.
Mr. Bivens will provide via email the JVI Appraiser Application for your
completion. The application must be completed in its entirety and submitted
for review. Upon approval, you will be notified and placed on the JVI Appraiser
Roster.
NOTE - Completing the JVI course(s) does not guarantee
JVI Appraisal Assignments; however, the course information
will assist you with any REO Appraisal Assignments.
JVI provides the HUD Marketing and Manager Contractor’s
HUD REO Appraisals for: Florida, New York, New Jersey
