" This on-line course is based on JVI's national 7 hour live appraisal seminar titled "Appraising REO Properties". This course has been taught throughout the nation on a continuous basis for years in an effort to provide standardization on the REO appraisal process and requirements while providing continuing education (CE) credits to appraisers in 40 states. This on-line in depth version of the seminar includes the recent Appraisal Forms Revisions, Elimination of the Notice to the Lender Forms (VC pages), and the Notice to the Homebuyer as mandated by HUD as of January 1, 2006. The student does not need any special software to take our course. All that is needed is a web browser and a connection to the internet. We support Internet Explorer 4.0 and higher, Netscape navigator 6.0, AOL 4.0 and higher, Mozilla and Firefox browsers. There is no software to download and nothing saved to the student’s hard drive."
