This report is sent to each individual Appraiser on a monthly basis and lists
each property appraised, appraised value, sale price, marketing time, and price
reductions. The second page of this report shows the Appraiser’s market
difference, days on market, and an overall average of the two.
APPRAISER CORRECTION REPORT:
This report is also sent monthly and lists each correction request, and the percentage
of appraisal reports received that are sent back for a correction.
SALES REPORT:
This report is sent monthly and gives the Appraiser all current HUD REO sales
in their local market area to use for comparables in their appraisal reports.
