JVI Awarded Government Contract

— JVI Appraisal Division, LLC, a nationwide leading expert in providing origination appraisals and valuations of foreclosed properties, announced today that they have been awarded a contract with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to perform appraisal services for the government.

Based on a rigorous vendor qualification process, this award enables U.S. government agencies to purchase JVI appraisal services at very competitive, pre-negotiated rates. The GSA contract assures government users that they will be receiving the highest quality services at the lowest possible price.
