Is the BIOWRAP System Complicated
to learn?

(that could be in file format), login with your certified
identity, select to apply your appraisal credentials to
the file and save the file.
Will BIOWRAP work on any file
type and can anybody open my file?
Yes, BIOWRAP can easily be applied to any
electronic file type and only requires a free reader application
to view the BIOWRAP file.
How secure is my appraisal report?
BIOWRAP files cannot be altered.
Is there an audit capability?
Yes. Not only does BIOWRAP provide the highest
form of authentication and security related to an appraiser’s
appraisal report but now appraisers will be able to track
all those that view their unalterable ‘true copy’ appraisal
reports. An added benefit is that this tracking feature
offers appraisers a legally permissible and undeniable
